Polka dot themed wedding

In all honesty I haven't actually attended that many weddings before, but that doesn't matter. I can still appreciate a good wedding idea, I was out shopping today and saw a lovely polka dot dress and then it got me thinking could that be used for a wedding so I started exploring it.
